snagged 1 dqz. brookies across the road garden worms no weight [2 hrs ]65 deg.water level coming down after wkend rains.

fished sw 2hrs today on way home caught everything from bluegills to trout.[perch ,crappie ,lg mth,rock bass pickeral.all sml but the lake was alive.time to get serious.70degs. rain moving out

opening day ct. took david my grdson to stillwater in am.caught 15trout kept 8fordinner.later hit highland for 4 more 13to16 .70deg sunny,good day

i do not mind the 3 week wait for opening day but it really bugs me when i drive by myfavorite pond and whole families [probably without alicense]are fishing away probably wondering why the place ain't so crowded.freakin amazing!!! 3 times this week so far.they just have to be ignorant because they are sitting 10 ft. off the road in plain view not sneaking in and poaching..........
